Lead contract drafting and legal structuring for all internal and external agreements, including token terms, NDAs, employment, and partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• – Draft and manage all legal documents
• – Ensure regulatory compliance (UAE + international)
• – Liaise with founders and departments for approvals
• – Stay on top of crypto legal trends

You Should Have:

• – 5+ years in legal (tech/crypto/web3 focus preferred)
• – Experience drafting employment and commercial contracts
• – Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law
• – Ability to write clearly and precisely
